Domiciano | Malbec Reserva Nocturna

Our Domiciano- Night Reserve Malbec is a signature wine, aged in French and American oak barrels for a year to impart the right degree of complexity. Intense violet color almost black. Catching cherries and plums evolve elegantly to a complex combination with incense and spices. With a voluptuous shell, it imparts a fleshy texture and velvety tannins, ending in a set of black fruits, cocoa seeds and coffee with a firm and persistent finish. A very good example of Malbec from Barrancas, Maipu.

Once the grapes are entered into the cellar, we allow them to macerate in cold for 5 days in our stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Then we ferment with selected yeasts controlling the temperature between 25 to 28ºC for an approximate time of 15 days. Later, wewe let it rest in French and American oak for 12 months, and then in bottles for 6 months.
